Are any of the products from your shop publicly available? Or are they all private at the moment? Since this is something from the Etsy API, it’s not really something we can control on our end.

Yep I have one item up so far here’s the link https://www.etsy.com/ie/listing/472887415/candy-floss-handmade-fascinator?ref=shop_home_active_1

I did the API thing, I just can’t figure out what Im doing wrong ??

Ok I added a second item and now the second item has shown up on the product list yay! But the first item hasn’t any thoughts?

Seems like parts of the plugin aren’t the most efficient. I did manage to get it to import both, just had to click “save and import” a couple of times.

Hi, I am getting the same thing No product count paramater available from Etsy response. Are there any products available?

I have about 56 products listed all public so not sure why this is. At one time I did get an error on line 96 I believe it was, around 56 times, so at some point it did try to pull the info in.

    Any suggestions :).

Pennie, can you provide your store ID? No need to provide any sort of API key parts, I have my own I can use. I just need the store portion.

For whatever reason, when that error is shown, it means the API didn’t return any items that it can iterate over and import.

    Hi Michael,

My store ID is 3352184 for EndlessSkys.

    Many thanks,

    Hey Pennie,

Try using 8139850 for your store ID. I think you may have been using the wrong one originally, which would contribute to issues with importing for you.

Thank you Michael it worked. I did use that number originally but got an error code on line 96, however it worked thank you. It did import my products as 3 published and 56 drafts…..but that is easy to rectify.

Well I am here I do have one more quick question. I was hoping I could import the products once they were uploaded directly in woocommerce, but now I am not so sure that I can. Is this possible.

Many thanks again, and thank you for the great plugin!

    Have a terrific day,

No, we’re not one who will import into a different Ecommerce solution with the plugin here. The plugin is very much more a “display on your site, send to Etsy for actual purchase” setup. We don’t re-create the entire browse/purchase process in WordPress.

Okay, thank you Michael. That will actually work fine for me too :). I just have to figure out how to display a category, rather than single images.

Thank you so much for you help.

    Have a wonderful day,
    Pennie

I’m experiencing this issue as well. I’ve confirmed I’m using the right ID too but nothing is importing. Thank you for your assistance!

Spencer, same answers I have above, if we’re not getting any results back from the API, we can’t process anything. Are you sure you have public and in-stock products at the moment?

Thanks, you know I realized shortly after I posted this that it imports it into a new CPT called Products. I thought it would import into WooCommerce’s Products CPT. So I guess it was working.

For those who experienced the same I used a Plugin (Post Type Switcher) to migrate them from the CPT created by this Plugin into WooCommerce’s existing one and it worked without any issue.

For what it’s worth, it’s not meant to import things into a local WP eCommerce solution, at least not by our intended design. It’s more meant to showcase your Etsy store locally on your WordPress site, and then if someone wants to purchase any items, they’d be sent back over to Etsy.com to handle the purchasing.
