Google map not showing in the event page

Hi.
In my event page the google map box is empty/gray, not showing the map. Though it is set to show in the event configuration.
If I click on the “+ Google Map” link, it opens the new window showing the map perfectly (in other words, its not an “address problem”).
I tried to deactivate all other plugins and set the theme to the default (eleven fifteen), but the issue persists.
Can you help me with that?
