Emails will not send if Image Added

    Hi,

    When I create a custom notification for New User Registration – User Message and Add an image in the text editor it does not send. When I remove the image it sends. Would like to add my company logo to the email notification.

    Thanks for your message.

    Can you answer the following:
    Is the image stored on the same domain and server as your website?
    What is the size of the image?
    What image format is it?

    Hi Jack, yes stored in the default image location for the domain – domain.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/image location

    Ok, thanks.

    Are you able to install Email Log or Postman SMTP and set them up to see if the email is being sent out. If it’s being sent but not received, it could be that the image is causing the message to be flagged as spam by a host somewhere.

    I installed and configured Postman SMTP, has done the trick. No issues now with Images.
