500 Error

I recently upgraded my WP install to the 2.5.1 and for some reason I’m getting a lot of 500 errors and about 1/4 of my plugins are giving this error: [an error occurred while processing this directive]

My site is protected from non-registered users but anyone who’d be willing to help I will give access to a guest account.
