[plugin: cformsII] Unable to activate;doesnt show under plugin managemet

  • Maybe you can recommend another one, but I wanted to use cformsii to add to my blog, I installed it by saving it under wp-content\plugins.

    My problem is that it doesn’t show under plugin managemet so I can not activate it. Any suggestions?

  • Use an FTP client or your web host’s file manager to browse the /plugins directory. I bet you’ve got it nested inside another folder.

    Should be like this:

    /wp-content/plugins/mycoolplugin/

    I bet you have something like this instead:

    /wp-content/plugins/mycoolplugin/mycoolplugin/

    That was it, the folder created was cformsii and then the version number when it needed to be cformsii by itself. Thank you!

    I am having the same problem and this fix does not work for me. I have /wp-content/plugins/cformii but it does not appear in the plugin manager. Any thoughts?

    Try /wp-content/plugins/cform
