LSB buttons not present

I’ve already fresh install WordPress 4.5.3, then i install qtranslate-x later. When i edited a page, no LSBs are present there. Here some screenshot. What i’ve to do?
Is there a way to debug what happened to qtranslate-x? Thank you.
