[Plugin: Polylang] Edit Homepage Content

  • In order to translate the homepage into another language, I would need it to show up as a static page under “pages” to make a copy and translate it with the polylang function.

    How can I edit the homepage with polylang in my child theme?

    OK I get the feeling that I need to recreate the whole homepage within a new static page in order to translate this template into other languages.
    I am sweating for 2 days on this now. Anyone?
