Any way to remove certain text from feed?

Hi,
my product descriptions have a shortcode in them to enhance the text, but the actual shortcode text is appearing in the feed too.
For example, the feed outputs [shortcode]Product description is here[/shortcode] I hope that makes sense.

I don’t need the shotcode for the feed obviously, but would like to keep it in for the look of my site.
Is there any way to remove that text from the feed? (It’s the same shortcode for every product)
