LifterLMS does not have this function built in, that’s why you can’t figure out how to do it.

We’d recommed you user the MailChimp or ConvertKit extensions to integrate with 3rd party mailing list systems.

These will give you the option to automatically add new registrations to specific marketing lists in these platforms.
