webcomics with jetpack's subscribers not working

    Thanks for using Webcomic skinniwini! I’m not very familiar with Jetpack so I had to do some searching, but it looks like this is a limitation of the Jetpack plugin. On this page it notes that:

    Jetpack Subscriptions will only send out notifications for new posts. Publishing other post types (Pages, a Custom Post Type, etc) or updates of already published posts will not send a notification e-mail.

    The problem is the Custom Post Type part. Webcomic posts are in fact a custom post type, which apparently won’t work with Jetpack Subscriptions.

    Is there a way to setup rss and email notification for subscriblers..? I been research but I can’t find an answer to set it up….please help I really want to use your webcomic….
