Coming Soon text still within public link

Problem:
The text: “If you are the site owner and are finished building the site you can click the link in the banner of the administration panel to disable it.” appears within the link while sharing my website on a social site such as Facebook. How do I modify this text?

Actions taken:
– Have deactivated and removed the Mojo plugin (which previously caused the entire site to be “under construction”
– Have went to the administration banner to disable the plugin
– Have contacted HostGator (my provider), and they told me this is out of their scope of support
