    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    Could you go to Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard, and check if the Verification Tools module is enabled?

    If it is, could you go to the Tools menu, and make sure the registration key specified for Google Webmaster Tools is correct? If you used a different plugin to add that meta data to your site in the past, you can ignore that field.

    I would also recommend checking Jetpack’s Sitemaps module; if you use a different plugin to handle sitemaps, you’ll want to make sure Jetpack’s Sitemap module is deactivated.

    Apart from these 2 modules, Jetpack doesn’t interact with Google Webmaster Tools, so you should be all set then!
