Can get rid of Birthday Cake video.

Pretty frustrated here. Have this on a production site, and cannot get it working. The client has a Vimeo Pro account, and it’s supposed to pull 6 videos into a gallery. Only one video works correctly, the rest are replaced by some birthday cake video, and I need that to go away. What they heck? I had them buy the Pro plugin, and it’s still not working. I get a content security violation, and it’s replaced by cake videos. This is rather urgent thank you.
