Emails woocommerce

  • I have a question about sending emails for my woocommerce shop.

    I want to send emails for 3 things:
    – Order proceeded-Order completed (default with woocommerce) + sending PDF invoice
    – Sending emails to customers AND people who register to the newsletter
    – Sending followup emails to customers

    What is the easiest way to integrate all these options at the same place?

    I know I can download follow-up plugin, newsletter plugin, and custom woocommerce default emails… but is it possible to have the same template for all my emails I will send ?

    Anyone can help me choosing the best options ?
    Can I edit Woocommerce default emails with Mailchimp template?
