Somehow Disqus plugin is hijacking my outbound links

Hi Disqus team,
Somehow the Disqus plugin is hijacking the outbound links on my blog. With it enabled, retailer sites would be turned into affiliate links (some being tired to Viglink).
Once I disabled the Disqus plugin, the outbound links are back to normal.
Please advise.
