Last Update Broke Excludes

Hello,

I just updated today to the latest version, and it seems to have caused an issue with excluded files. Rather than leaving them where they are, it instead output them as text, immediately following my body tag. There is no formatting, or link attribute, just this: “https://www.mysite.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js”, so it displays in my body. When I disable Async Javascript, everything works as expected. I use the integration with Autoptimize, but this script is excluded there as well.
