php54.Error File

Why is the php54.error file being generated in my temp folder on my server. It is taking up all the space and essentially shuts the site down if I do not delete the file in time. I’ve already tried to switch themes and deactive all plugins and it still continues to generate and take up all of the space on my site.
Also php.ini file has logging off so I don’t know why it’s continuing to generate logs.
From other threads it looks like it’s a MySQL issue. We are also using IIS 7. Please advise.
