Feed not updating

    The feed is not updating. The problem seems to have started with the most recent update to the plugin. I’ve tried: flushing the cache; deactivating and reactivating the plugin; using and changing various shortcode options, and trying my own access token; and, deleting the first Facebook post to see if it was causing the blockage. Nothing seems to work. The most recent post is from two weeks ago and there are more recent posts that are not showing. This plugin has been working well for me for about 18 months. I’ve been very happy with it until now.

    Hey Doug,

    Sorry to hear about the problem. I tried your group ID on my test site and in our Pro demo and it seems to be displaying your latest posts successfully. It sounds like you tried a lot of things already but to no avail, and so it may be easiest if I can just log into your site to take a look myself at what the problem might be. That way I can check that there’s not a bug in the last plugin update. If that’s possible, then could you send me login information confidentially by using the form on this page. Just include a link to this thread so that I know what it’s in reference to.
