Clicking "sluit" redirects to undefined page

Hi there!
I am building my website and run into a problem with this plugin. I saw an earlier topic about it, but it didn’t contain a solution. So when I click “sluit”, the url becomes https://anypageonwebsite/undefined. Can you please help me?
My site is https://www.richardbremer.nl.
