Thumbnails Overlapping on Initial page load

I’ve loaded all my projects into this plugin, but now it’s not loading properly – on the initial page load the thumbnails are all an overlapping jumble (screenshot here)
If I refresh the page it loads properly (here)
How can I fix this?
