Post renewal after expiration

Hello,

I’m searching for a plugin that I can build some sort of classified site on and after testing the free version, I’m very confident, that the PRO version meets my requirements.

One thing I can’t find any documentation on: Can a user renew his post once the post is expired? This would be a heavily needed feature.
