Black outline of container not reducing in height to fit content

  • How can I make the black border change to the dimensions of the content?

    When I have a lot of text within the page, the box outline is correct, but when I’ve only got 1 paragraph, it stays a certain distance from the text. It’s like there is a minimum height property for the container, but I can’t figure out where it’s located.
