Theme and plugin conflicts

The first thing I have to say is this is really an awesome plugin!
However, after I tried and checked detailedly, here are only 2 issues that I’m sure caused by theme and plugin conflicts.
1. Profile photo / avatar and cover photo can’t be upload.
“A theme or plugin compatibility issue” showed up.
2. Date picker of field can’t work well.
Date picker doesn’t stay on screen or off when I try to change year.
After I deactived all plugins and changed the theme to default and make some test, I found Ultimate Member is conflicted with 1 theme and 1 plugin in my case so far.
The plugin is SLIDER REVOLUTION https://revolution.themepunch.com/
The theme is FOOD & COOK https://themeforest.net/item/food-cook-multipurpose-food-recipe-wp-theme/4915630?s_rank=1
Either of them was actived would cause the issues.
Is there any way to fix?
