Send an email to the administrator when a user has got a certain amount of point

I know that I’ve posted this before but I had no reply and I need to know how this can be done.
Within the website I’m creating, I have the BadgeOS plugin and the Front End Course Creator plugin, and I’d want an email sent to the administrative account so that we can change the user’s account role to course auther.
Is this possible?
