photos do not center or side justify, and settings don’t stick

I’ve had issues uploading photos to my site. I switched to firefox and that helps…a little.

When I’m uploading a photo it works occasionally, but mostly not. When it does upload I can not set the justification and have it post correctly. When I go back to change it, I see that the settings I chose did not stick.

When I click on the “insert/edit image” box and get an empty box. (This is the same in explorer.)

Any suggestions? Are these bugs that have been fixed in 2.5.1?
