    This issue is hosting specific and none of the reporting clients hosting providers have been willing to work with us to find a solution. The only suggestion I can offer is to use version 1.2.4 of our plugin or see if your host is willing to help us find the underlying issue.

    Ok well I tested the plugin locally, but I’ll try the version you mentioned.

    This was due to failed svn update to the plugin. The latest version should work.
