• Memberships > Membership Levels. When I click or hoverover the Delete button, I get the following message in the browser’s status bar:

“javascript: askfirst (‘Are you sure you want to delete membership level NNNN

Which I assume is supposed to be a popup confirmation box. But it isn’t and doesn’t and nothing happens. I do have my browsers set to allow popups so that isn’t the problem.

I also see an “Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token” error in my event listeners console.

Can someone help to get this fixed? Thanks.

    Thanks for reminding us.

I think your level name might have a ‘ or ” in it. Try removing those first. Also, this could happen if you are using a non-english language.

I’d like to fix the core issue here, but wanted to provide some work arounds in case they help you.

Oh my gosh, yes….I am using quotes around the program name. Removed the quotes and delete OK. I *should* have thought to try that, but I guess my brain was on vacation by then. Thanks so much!
