Capability ID to choose media from media library

I am not sure if it is possible or not but…

I have been looking through documentation and have yet to find a capability ID that gets me what I want.

I have a site and allow users to post from the front end with the contributor role. That works great but…

I do not want them to be able to upload images so I am trying to avoid upload_files but…

I would like them to be able to choose from 20-25 canned images in the media library.

I was looking through the capability IDs and I am curious if there is one that will allow them to add media from the library that I can add to my user role editor.
