Ticket history? See assignment possible?

great plugin!We really would like to use it in our support team, but there is one question which is essential for the final decision:
When assigning a ticket to another (or many different) agent(s). Is there a way to see the “history” of that ticket anywhere (e.g. which agent had it first and assigned it to which agent when..)?That feature would be very important for us.
