How can I view the email input field on a page?

    Hello, I need to check the email input fields are set correctly on a WP website page.
    I see the page in WP > Dashboard > Pages.
    I see the email input fields in WP > Dashboard > Forms > Formidable.

    However, I don’t see any connection to the Formidable Form ID in the WP website page?

    I suspect 1 of 3 email input fields is not sending emails when a user submits this email field.

    I’m sorry, I wasn’t aware of the wesbsitetoolbox. I simply need WordPress help. I will research what is appropriate.
