Hi mauriceblanton, thanks for your information. I have been inserting images in my posts for a couple of years in just this way. It has just stopped working. Nothing appears in the post visually or text. I am not sure why.

Thanks for the follow up. I wondered if something like that may have been happening.

There are a few questions that come to mind:

• Has anything about the images changed (i.e., format, size, etc.)?
• Have you tried using a different browser or device to insert images?
• Have you recently added any plugins?

While on the subject of plugins, it may not be a bad idea to sequentially disable plugins and re-attempt inserting images.

Thanks mauriceblanton. I got some help and it seemed to be a server issue. I uploaded some images and they displayed correctly. Everything seemed to be working. Then, my front page slider went beserk, instead of displaying the most recent posts, it it displaying all of them in turn, I have lost the search bar, the image and some text from the front page. Now, today all images have stopped displaying.

I recently did all the updates. I think that is the only time I ever have problems…I must remember to avoid this! I am only a newbie and it is so hard to find a clear path of what to do to problem solve errors.

Since my last post, I got a Forbidden error, which has now been resolved. Now we are back to the images not displaying at all, anywhere on the site.

Sorry to hear that, @karazam. When you mentioned the server issue that you got help with a couple of posts back, do you recall what changes were made to get the images to display correctly?
