Add more than one option for dropdown

Hey i make dropdown menu, but when i click “Add option” the cursor goes to the new field. Is there a way to stay where i am(hovering Add option) or when i click the button to add 10 fields instead of one? I can edit the php file or some other, just tell me what to do.
