Admin bar working only on Home Page, preview not working

  • I am having this problem on a WP Multisite network, that has started all of a sudden some months ago, but I can’t connect it to any specific reason (new plugin, WP update, etc.):

    – Admin toolbar ONLY shows up on Home Pages, for all sites across the network…there is no way to pull it up on articles/pages
    – “preview changes” button never works (articles or pages) and returns the following error: “You do not have permission to preview drafts”
    I tried to disable all network-enabled plugins, reset my browser and host cache, tried 3 different browser, with no luck at all!

    I really have no clue on what’s going on, any help will be much appreciated!
