    You can go to Support Plus > Advanced Settings > Re-Order Fields, you can use HTML values there without quotes in text field. There is no limit for charters.

    I am using a custom field, in the re-order fields, i can’t edit the label, or there is no “extra” unlike for the default fields.

    Okey, in that case, you can edit custom field.

    Yes I can create custom fields, but whenever I create a field that has a long description, it won’t show in the list. this is the actual field name
    “Rate your experience with ABC – 10 being the highest”
