Form Fields Disappeared

    Hi,

    If you go to MailChimp for WP settings in your WordPress admin and click on the Form – Fields. Do you see <input … > (fields) there, or only the labels?

    Did you or someone else maybe manually remove the fields there?

    If you don’t see them there I suggest deleting all and rebuilding the form.
    If you do see the fields there, please get back to us here.

    You were right, those were missing. I don’t think anyone removed them… perhaps an update changed things? In any case, rebuilding the form worked. I should have tried that first anyway! Thanks for the help.
