• When anyone tries to import my blog data into post planner or buffer , the titles and descriptions don’t import. My header seems to be lacking title tags but I am not sure what to put in there. I have Bulan as my theme. I use Yoast as well. HELP!!!

There are title and description tags on all of your posts. From viewing source on https://www.notbefore7.com/my-childrens-book-club-plans-this-year/ there’s: https://d.pr/i/1j877/3KFFu3d0

In this case, I recommend contacting support at Buffer.

I started a new wordpress blog and don’t have any of the same issues….?

I don’t have a title tag in my main theme header.

No, the title tag is added as part of wp_head, plus it is clearly visible in the source output as previously mentioned: https://d.pr/i/1j877/3KFFu3d0

Your title tag *is* there, so you’ll need to get in touch with Buffer and ask why they aren’t acknowledging it.

Post Planner told me that they aren’t receiving any meta data from my site. Is this an issue with the Bulan theme? I don’t know what else to try. I have the info in the code, but both buffer and post planner do not receive any meta data.

You’ll need to ask them for more specifics. The data is clearly there, so there’s nothing more you can do from your end. You have to ask them why *they* are refusing to acknowledge the data which is clearly there.

I have been online wiht them for 30 minutes. I’d believe it was them if it was only one site, but I have a “no title” issue on buffer, post planner AND onpage.org…..

We need *more* information from them as to what they need and how they’re being blocked from it.

Currently, as far as it’s concerned over here, all the meta data they need is clearly visible.

There is no evidence that there is a problem from this end, therefore no suggestions to offer.

If they can offer more data, that’s great, but until then I can’t even begin to explain or even suggest why they cannot read data which is clearly publicly visible. Not one clue.
