Can I disallow anyone to rate or review except by permission?

    Appreciate your question. It is really hard to give you the answers. I’m assuming you are using some plugin for ratings and reviews because standard WordPress functionality does not have it.

    So you would have to figure out if those plugins how those plugins work internally and if their functionality is based on user roles and capabilities. If so, then you’ll be able to do that. Otherwise it quite possible that a custom development is required to accomplish your objectives.

    You may want to contact those plugin developers and ask them questions or hire us for couple hours and we’ll do our research.
