HIGH CPU USAGE when backing up

    Hi,

    I’m afraid that backing up will use a relatively large amount of CPU. This is because the backup process has to read every file on your site and every row in the database, and zip and write a copy of each.

    Most hosts impose limits on the amount of CPU available to a process, without disabling the account.
