Price Adjustments for Selling Dynamic Services

    We offer river rafting trips. I am trying to set up this booking app to dynamically adjust price depending on the number of rafters that want to book a trip. If one customer is 75 bucks, for two or less riders, the price needs to increase 75 bucks per additional person. Then, once there are three rafters, the price needs to drop to 65 bucks per person up to 6 people. OH then there are children which we charge 50 bucks for. So… this plugin needs to be able to have the intelligence to dynamically adjust pricing depending on the service.

    From what I have seen so far. This plugin doesn’t show any options to do this. It does offer custom fields, but those fields do not link to the service and adjust the pricing. They seem to only add data to the booking, but not price changes.

    How can I do this? Does this plugin offer something like this?

    I need some serious help with this. Any volunteers?

    Also, you will notice I have hidden the second part of the options on the above page. I have hidden the “I am available from”, “Days of the Week” and “Times” as those data options serve no purpose for someone booking a rafting trip. What is the point of that data? The customer chooses the dates they want on the next section. I’m beginning to wonder if this plugin won’t work for us.

    Hi,

    1) Currently dynamic pricing is not supported. The only workaround that I could advise is to use the extras addon. This addon offers the option to add extra services to the main service. So you could add extras for adults and children with different pricing.

    2) Custom fields only collect data, they don’t change the price.

    3) Those fields serve as filters for customers, so they could indicate when they are available/interested to book an appointment.
