Opt In Cat Form disappeared

    Hi,

    I’m not sure if disable/re-enable will solve this, wouldn’t hurt to try though. If you still have an issue after trying that, feel free to mail us at [email protected] so we can get some details on your site and maybe log in and see if we can find the root cause of the issue

    I had the same problem today. I simply deactivated the plugin and reactivated it and everything showed back up. Not sure what caused it. I updated all my plugins earlier today.
