Able to add display image in cubic theme on wordpress.com but not in wordpress.o

    I started by creating my website on wordpress.com and there while using the cubic theme I could see an option for adding an image in site header and hiding the header text. but same is not visible in worpress.org while using the cubic theme.

    Can you please help me how what plugin to install or where to do any CSS change ?
