Username and Email not being recognized

Hello. I have been locked out of a website I’m building for a week now without a clue what’s going on. I am worried about a potential security threat.

The “Lost Password” function didn’t work until I cleared my cache. When I did, WordPress is telling me that the email and username I used for the site is not associated with any WP site, which just isn’t true.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
