"Congratulations! You have been banned."

That’s the message I get as I try to look at my site, I can log into the dashboard and access everything, but I can’t see the site itself, I get that message instead,

haven’t found a way to unblock myself yet and not sure what triggered it.

Any help would be appreciated.
