Can't edit Sender of Notifications email

We have MailPoet activated on a site within our multisite setup, and are trying to change the ‘from’ email address, under Sender of Notifications in the Basic Settings tab. The ‘name’ field is editable, but the ’email’ field is set to read-only.
Could you let me know where we can enable the field for editing?Thanks
