Google Custom Search in Menu?

I want to put my Google Custom Search bar in my menu. On the far right next to “Subscribe” or “Contact” depending when you’re looking at the page ( https://www.liveoffdividends.com) . Is this possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Nice website!I see that you solved your problem with Google Custom Search.
What did you do to make it work?
I see you are using the Hemingway theme…I am using twenty sixteen, but when you do a search, the Google CSE search results are badly formatted. The text overlaps the thumbnail images.
