Upgrading WordPress gave Fatal error in Dashboard

  • Upgrading from 2.3.3 to 2.5.1.
    I followed the Instructions on uploading files. Went into Dashboard and got the following error message.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function has_action() in /home/bhillsbl/public_html/blog/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php on line 403
