Best way to organize pages in admin area

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a better way to organize pages is the backend of wordpress.

I find that now with 100 pages, things are getting a bit messy.
i.e. I’ll do a search for a particular page, but 30 will show up because they all share a parent page with a similar name.
Searching by date doesn’t work, because many have been cloned and share the same date

I use tree view plugin which helps

But I was wondering what strategies others use (i.e. I’m sure people have many more than 100 pages

Is there a way to create categories (without those categories showing up to the public?)

It would be great to be able to quickly search for all Landing Pages
or all the Pages linked to a certain Funnel

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
