    I just purchased the plugin today.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    @web-able You’ve made a mistake. On your Codecanyon page for your commercial plugin you send users to these forums.

    I’m not on the plugin’s team but I know that’s a good way to get your plugin removed from the repository here. You cannot support your customers in these volunteer support forums. That’s unfair to the commercial authors who play by the rules.

    When do you think you can correct that?
