google share counter doesn't work as should work

In the past each like in google + was counted by this plugin and also all the other plugins. Now is not this way anymore with this plugin.
Look:
1- In the next link you can see that publication has 21 likes:
2- And the plugin only counts 15
And the reality is that considering all the google plus comunity I should have near to 100 likes.
This is happening since Jannuary or February 2016
