Missing / at the end of every url

  • Hi guys

    I am working on a new blog and I have installed latest WP 2.5.1. Somehow, I am missing “/” at the end of every URL created by wordpress. I am using Permalink as /%category%/%postname%.html

    And my URLs looks like
    mydomain.com/category
    mydomain.com/2008/05
    mydomain.com/about

    Should’t they have “/” at the end??
    Is it normal or I have screwed something??

  • I don’t use the slash at the end of my URLs. I’ve never had a reason to.

    I think all you have to do is something like this:

    /%category%/%postname%.html/

    Add the slash at the end of that for your permalinks settings.
